ERGs Employee Resource Groups
These groups create a sense of belonging and togetherness based on shared social factors. Members can include employees who share a common identity, or employees who are allies in supporting them. They provide support and empathy and help employees feel they belong at the company. Belonging and connection are important for everyone to thrive, which is one reason why being part of an ERG increases performance levels and lessens turnover and absenteeism.

Chromatic
The purpose of the Chromatic Employee Resource Group is to foster connection, psychological safety, and belonging by creating a welcoming, identity-affirming space for members and allies of the queer community. We provide opportunities for learning, understanding, and shared lived experiences which strengthen our community and help everyone feel respected, included, and empowered.
Through this supportive network, employees have a meaningful channel to voice how their unique perspectives shape the way they work best and contribute to a more inclusive organization.
We are always welcoming new members! Please reach out to Taylar Carter or Abby Dexter for more information.
